The Opportunity We are hiring experienced General Maintenance Technicians at intermediate and senior levels (Tech 2, Tech 3, and Field Supervisor). This role is ideal for multi-trade professionals who can work independently in the field, troubleshoot multiple building systems, and complete work orders with urgency and craftsmanship. Career Tiers & Pay Rates Tech 2 (Intermediate Tech | $25.00 - $30.00 / hr): 3-5 years experience. Independently handles plumbing/electrical troubleshooting, framing, Level 5 drywall finish, tile repair, cabinet work, and drop ceilings. Tech 3 (Senior Tech | $30.00 - $35.00 / hr): 5-10+ years experience. Leads complex system overhauls, advanced repairs, capital projects, vendor coordination, and technician mentoring. Field Supervisor ($35.00+ / hr): 8-12+ years experience. Directs field operations, staffing, materials, scheduling, EPM alignment, and quality compliance. How You Will Make an Impact Perform commercial building repairs: plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, wall framing, Level 5 drywall, floor tile, painting, and drop-ceiling systems. Execute work orders independently with high quality, minimal rework, and clean client updates. Coordinate specialized vendors/contractors on multi-trade project scopes. Mentor lower-level technicians and enforce job site safety standards. Travel inter-island as needed to support commercial clients across the islands.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 3 years of professional multi-trade general maintenance experience in commercial/retail environments.

Required:

Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and interior finishes.

Required:

Valid driver's license and clean record to operate company vehicles.

Required:

Ability to travel inter-island as needed for client support.

Preferred:

5+ years commercial experience; multi-site retail/restaurant background (Starbucks scope); formal trade tickets or certifications;

OSHA 10/30.

Pay:

$25.33 - $35.50 per hour
