We are seeking skilled, self-motivated 1099 Handyman Subcontractors for immediate, per-job work orders. This is a flexible, independent contractor role. You set your availability and accept jobs that fit your schedule. We handle the client acquisition, estimating, invoicing, and property manager coordination; you perform the trade labor.

Responsibilities:

Perform general residential punch-list maintenance and turnover repairs.

Common tasks include:

drywall patching/painting, light plumbing fixture swaps (faucets, toilets, disposals), light electrical updates (ceiling fans, outlets, switches), door/lock adjustments, screen repairs, and cabinet/hardware touch-ups. Coordinate access with tenants within 4 hours of job acceptance. Take and upload clear "Before" and "After" photos upon job completion for quick invoice processing.

Requirements:

Must operate as an Independent 1099 Subcontractor. Valid Driver's License and reliable work truck/van/vehicle on Oahu. Own basic handheld and power tools required for general handyman repairs. Active General Liability Insurance policy (or willing to obtain before first dispatch). Strong communication, punctuality, and professional client interactions.
