You will play a key role in keeping the community and facility in a clean and orderly condition by performing all general unit and community maintenance, coordinating outside vendors as needed, and completing all phases of preparing a unit. Perform all general unit and community maintenance. Fix sink disposals and perform light plumbing. Grounds and housekeeping work. Prepare maintenance report. Clean, polish, wash, replenish bathroom supplies, and change light bulbs. Empty trash and trash port area. Qualifications Must have Diploma or GED. Previous building maintenance experience.
