Plant Maintenance Mechanic - FULLTIME The Plant Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing plant facilities, mechanical systems, electrical systems, refrigeration equipment, and automated machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, hands‑on facility-maintenance skills, and working knowledge of PLC‑controlled equipment and Human‑Machine Interface (HMI) systems commonly found in food, beverage, and frozen-production environments.

Qualification Standards Required Education:

High school diploma or

GED Required Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience

Preferred Experience:

5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience Experience working with automated or PLC‑controlled production equipment Experience in food, beverage, or frozen production environments a plus Licenses or Certificates (Required): Ability to pass respirator fit certification Universal HVAC Certifications TB Skin Clearances
