Job Description
Homestead of Algona is looking for a Maintenance Technician for our community. This person will be responsible for repairs, maintains physical structure, equipment and grounds of our communities. Duties and Responsibilities Maintaining, inspecting and repairing the equipment, operating systems, structure and grounds of the residence, including electrical, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, roof, etc. Assisting in obtaining quotes for third party repairs and ensuring outside vendors complete projects as requested Utilizing the company maintenance management system to document work orders, preventative maintenance, required inspections, warranties, etc Scheduling and completing preventative maintenance, life safety systems/equipment inspections, and safety committee meetings and follow-up based on schedule We offer competitive benefits and salary, including medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, a scholarship program, and a PTO plan.
