Door Shop Technician I - Entry Level Savage-Aagesen Woodworking Position Summary The Door Shop Technician I role is the entry point into the door shop. This position focuses on learning door construction, material handling, tool usage, and foundational carpentry skills under supervision. This role is developmental, with a strong emphasis on building attention to detail, craftsmanship habits, and basic carpentry ability . Essential Job Functions Assist in door assembly and production processes Learn proper use of hand tools and shop equipment Follow work orders, specifications, and instructions Prepare and stage materials for assembly Maintain a clean and organized workspace Support workflow and team production needs Physical Requirements Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
