MAINTENANCE

TECHNICIAN / GROUNDS CREW

We're looking for a reliable person with a solid work ethic and some mechanical know-how, who takes pride in helping to keep, everything maintenance, running smoothly and a facility looking sharp inside and out. No two days look the same — one day you're fixing a leaky valve, the next you're mowing the lawn. The Grounds and Maintenance Technician is responsible for: Routine maintenance and quick fixes when things go sideways Taking care of the grounds and building exterior so the place looks as good as it runs Handling basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs Pitching in wherever the team needs a hand Key Responsibilities Perform routine groundskeeping duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces by collecting debris, snow removal, leaf clearing, and trash disposal. Conduct general facility maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical repairs. Assist with preventive maintenance on equipment, tools, and facility systems. Inspect and report any safety hazards, damage, or repair needs to supervisor promptly. Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow removal machinery. Support setup and tear down of company events or facility projects as needed. Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a secure work environment. Maintain records of work performed and assist with scheduling regular upkeep. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or facility maintenance preferred. Basic knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. Ability to safely operate landscaping and maintenance equipment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license may be required. Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Ability to operate power equipment safely for extended periods. Work Environment This position involves working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
