This role is vital in ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of production equipment and facility systems. The Maintenance Tech III will perform complex troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance across various mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The ideal candidate will bring extensive industrial mechanic experience, technical expertise in electrical diagnostics, and a proactive approach to maintenance management. Added the new Dress Code section as well: Responsibilities Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnose equipment issues and reduce downtime through effective problem-solving Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders Support facility, utility, and building maintenance needs Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety standards Collaborate with production teams to improve reliability, efficiency, and performance Technical Skills Industrial electrical troubleshooting and repair PLCs and automation systems Motor controls and VFDs Robotics and automated manufacturing equipment Electrical schematics and control wiring HMI systems and industrial controls Mechatronics, robotics, or automation training/certifications a plus Qualifications 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented Dress Code Closed-toe gym shoes required No holes or rips in clothing No jewelry No cell phones on the production floor Hair net and beard net required (provided by client) Ear plugs required at all times on the production floor (provided by client)
