Maintenance Mechanic (Level 1, 2, or 3)

Our team is looking for Maintenance Mechanics across various skill levels to support a premier producer of specialized chemical and cleaning solutions for the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. We have immediate openings for both 1st and 2nd shift schedules. Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM

Maintenance Mechanic:
$21.00
•$23.00 per hour Level 2
Maintenance Mechanic:
$24.00
•$26.00 per hour Level 3
Maintenance Mechanic:
$27.00
•$29.00 per hour Core Duties Execute routine upkeep on packaging and production machinery Resolve issues involving hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems Address machine failures promptly to help maintain consistent production output Conduct thorough inspections to detect and flag potential equipment malfunctions Set up, calibrate, and service production hardware Maintain accurate logs of all repair and maintenance tasks Ensure all quality, environmental, and safety protocols are strictly followed to protect the team Contribute to facility-wide efforts to improve operational efficiency and productivity Requirements Level 1 Foundational mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities Prior industrial or manufacturing maintenance background is preferred Competency in the safe operation of power and hand tools Eagerness to develop new skills and progress within the maintenance team Level 2 Multiple years of hands-on maintenance work in a production setting Proficiency in repairing and diagnosing electrical and mechanical systems Background in executing structured preventive maintenance plans Comprehensive grasp of production machinery and industrial equipment Level 3 Extensive background in complex maintenance and troubleshooting Deep expertise in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems Capacity to resolve intricate equipment failures and execute major overhauls Experience in guiding or supporting less experienced team members is a benefit Benefits Pay rates that reflect your professional experience Availability of overtime hours Consistent Monday-Friday work week Chance to become part of an expanding manufacturing company Potential for long-term employment through our temp-to-hire program If you have a background in maintenance and are seeking a practical position with opportunities for growth, we invite you to submit your application.
