Full Job Description Job Overview:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine a variety of problems on various machines, including but not limited to:

• ACME machine repairing, installation, adjusting
• Troubleshoot and solve screw machine process conditions to prevent non-conformance.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Cross train with maintenance on screw machines to further gain technical knowledge in the processes.
• Respond to machine/building repair requests in a timely fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve maintenance/manufacturing requirements both thru management direction and independent thinking.
• Ability to read percussion-measuring tools.
• Personal tools required.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule at times. Some nights and weekends may be necessary.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Expected hours: 40 per week.

Qualifications and Education Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in repairing manufacturing machinery. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills Mechanical, Fabrication, Welding, Manual Milling, Manual Lathe is a plus. Comfortable using various computer systems. Organizational skills a must.
