We're looking for an experienced CNC Hard Milling Programmer/Operator to set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture high-precision tooling, specifically for the medical industry. Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines Manufacture precision parts to engineering drawings and tight tolerances Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Select tooling and optimize machining processes for quality and efficiency Inspect parts and ensure they meet quality standards Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with programmers, toolmakers, and quality inspectors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications 3+ years of CNC milling experience Experience programming and operating CNC mills Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings Experience with Mastercam, HAAS, Fanuc, or Okuma controls is preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Team-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills Electroform offers a clean, climate-controlled work environment; state-of-the-art equipment and technology; opportunities for professional growth and development; competitive pay and benefits, collaborative team culture and an appreciation of it's employees.
