Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems. This role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and technical expertise to ensure optimal operation of manufacturing processes. The technician will work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and maintenance strategies. A background in industrial mechanics, electrical systems, and hands-on experience is essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in complex equipment breakdowns involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems. Perform repairs on industrial machinery and components, such as motors, pumps, compressors, conveyors, punch presses, furnaces, and production lines Execute preventive maintenance and routine maintenance to prevent failures Complete corrective repairs to restore equipment to optimal performance Support equipment installations, rebuilds, modifications, or upgrades Maintain facility infrastructure, utilities, grounds, and support systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing in some roles). Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals and electrical/mechanical diagrams Ensure compliance with safety policies, environmental regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company SOP's. Document work performed, and suggest improvements to reduce downtime or failures Respond to service calls and breakdowns quickly to minimize production interruptions. Skills Extensive experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
