Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and repair of commercial facilities and building systems. This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and completing repairs to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 3:30PM Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance issues. Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct routine inspections of buildings and grounds to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs. Perform repairs and corrective maintenance to ensure facilities remain safe and operational. Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair work. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, equipment, and tools. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for recordkeeping purposes. Assist with additional facility maintenance projects as assigned. #ZRNC Job Requirements 2-4 years of building maintenance, facilities maintenance, property maintenance, or related experience. Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs independently. Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively to maintenance requests. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment as required. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license may be required depending on location.
