Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for general maintenance and assisting with maintaining our multi apartment units.

Responsibilities:

• Individual works as an assistant to the maintenance supervisor, as well as independent
• tasks
• Perform hands-on repairs & maintenance tasks, such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, cleaning (apt. for move in, ground & common area) demolition & gut-outs
• Clean & repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, and drains
• Maintain a professional manner with all residents, contractors and fellow employees

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable experience in apartment maintenance
• Driver's license
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• On-call maintenance will be required some weeks Smoke Free Complex!
