Job Overview Rustic Marlin Natick Mall - Pop-Up Retail & Event Employees Rustic Marlin , an industry leader and nationally recognized lifestyle brand, creates premium home décor, gifts, apparel and accessories sold through major retailers, boutiques, events and directly to consumers throughout the United States under the Rustic Marlin and private-label brands. We are seeking temporary, seasonal, part-time and full-time team members to support our upcoming Natick Mall pop-up location in Natick, Massachusetts. We are looking for energetic, dependable individuals with experience ranging from entry-level retail through supervisory and management-level roles . JOB OVERVIEW

As a member of the Rustic Marlin Natick Mall team, you will help create an engaging and welcoming shopping experience while supporting day-to-day operations of our pop-up location. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Responsibilities include:

Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience. Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling and product knowledge. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers with product selection, gifting needs and custom-order opportunities. Process purchases and customer information using our point-of-sale system. Maintain an organized, attractive and fully stocked sales floor. Assist with merchandising, product displays and seasonal resets. Receive, organize and restock inventory. Help maintain accurate inventory levels and communicate product needs to management. Provide feedback regarding best sellers, customer requests and emerging product opportunities. Represent Rustic Marlin professionally while maintaining strong knowledge of the brand and product assortment. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, merchandising or operational processes. Support special events, promotional initiatives and mall traffic-driving opportunities as needed. Assist with opening and closing responsibilities depending on position and experience level. Perform additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-paced small-business environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for candidates who are: Energetic, friendly and comfortable engaging with customers. Reliable, detail-oriented and highly motivated. Strong communicators with excellent customer-service skills. Comfortable selling and recommending products. Quick learners who can become knowledgeable about our products and processes. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible and willing to assist beyond traditional job responsibilities when needed. Passionate about representing Rustic Marlin and creating a positive customer experience. Previous retail, sales, customer service, merchandising, event or management experience is preferred but not required for all positions. Experience with retail POS systems or retail-management software is a plus.

LOCATION
