Full job description Our commercial property management company is seeking a full-time experienced Maintenance Technician for the Priest Bridge Business Park, and other local properties managed by the Company. Maintenance Technician will be responsible, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, for the overall maintenance of the Business Park properties and all areas related to the day‐to‐day maintenance operations of the Park. Essential duties include but are not limited to: Complete grounds work such as grounds and parking lot pick up, sweeping, and light landscaping. Interior common area cleaning and pick-up. Periodic roof and utility room inspections. Light electrical, plumbing, ceiling grid, and drywall repairs. Make ready vacant units. Assist contractors with accessing buildings. Be available for off-hour emergency maintenance calls. Special projects as directed.

Job Requirements:

Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with tenant-customers, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees. Necessary tools, uniform, and vehicles are provided by the Company. One must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.

Job Type:

Full-time. Standard Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Occasional Call-ins to deal with building emergencies.

From $20.00 per hour
