Join our Team at Fraser Villa as a Maintenance Technician! Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing things? Do you enjoy working in a supportive and dynamic environment? If so, we want YOU to be our next Maintenance Technician! Schedule - Mon-Fri and rotating weekends
What You'll Do:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our facility Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff Work alongside a friendly, supportive team that values your skills and ideas. Why Fraser Villa?

Experience in long-term care or working with geriatric populations preferred. Exceptional customer service, communication, and professionalism. Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational, decision-making, and accountability skills. Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and support residents' needs. Self-motivated and capable of planning and implementing organizational goals.
