MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - 3RD SHIFT

Techno-Coat, a family-owned powder coating company, is looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a hands-on position supporting our production equipment and facility. We're looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, fixing problems, and keeping equipment running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment Perform preventative and predictive maintenance Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Work on conveyors, ovens, washers, pumps, motors, and other manufacturing equipment Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime Complete facility repairs and general maintenance Assist with equipment installation and improvement projects Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Work closely with production and leadership to solve equipment issues

What We're Looking For:

Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to jump in where needed Strong problem-solving and communication skills
