Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. Swimming pool construction and maintenance experience is a bonus but not required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude that excels in a team environment and wants to learn. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and installation techniques, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in residential and commercial settings. This is an outdoor position, must be able to lift 50lbs and have a valid drivers license. Training can be provided if needed. Wage will depend on experience and skill. Responsibilities Install various stages of a swimming pool & landscape build according to project specifications. Perform construction tasks under supervision. Open/Winterize High End Swimming Pools Plumbing Repairs Heater and Pump Diagnostic and Repair Weekly Pool Maintenance Present yourself in a professional manner at all times Must be able to work in all weather conditions Must be able to lift and manipulate 50+ lbs Must be able to follow directions Complete daily records of worked performed Brushing, vacuuming pools Chemical testing of water samples Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary. Applicant must be punctual and have a positive attitude Room for grow in a growing company Experience Proven experience in installation roles within the construction industry is preferred but not required if willing to learn and show initiative. Knowledge of water chemistry as well as adjusting and balancing of water is preferred but not required Knowledge of pool filtration systems is preferred but not required Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
