EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN.
This role will work at our Corporate Headquarters located in Monticello, MN, and report directly to the Maintenance Manager. Hours would be 2:00PM-10:30PM Monday
  • Friday.
Responsibilities:
Respond to all equipment, production and facility work request in a timely manner consistent with the standards set by Karlsburger Foods Assist production operators with identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving process and equipment failures. Maintain machines in safe working condition by performing preventative maintenance and repairs and scheduled or observed. Perform the proper record keeping procedures. Support equipment installations and major equipment repairs with necessary close coordination with Operations team and outside vendors to ensure minimal impacts.
Required Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience. Experience with Pneumatics, pumps, electrical maintenance, and general mechanical repairs. Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed, team-based environment.
CMMS, PC
skills, Strong MS Suite Skills desired. Must be able to lift 50 LB repeatedly. Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Working great in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
High Mechanical/Electrical Aptitude. Experience in the Food Industry. Boiler license. How We Reward Our Employees Pay is $28.00/hour
