In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our property. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to resolving maintenance issues efficiently. Responsibilities Conduct troubleshooting and repairs to address various issues within the property. Perform preventative maintenance on building systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents or management, prioritizing safety and operational efficiency. Diagnose and resolve complex maintenance problems, ensuring minimal disruption to residents or operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used by logging time and photos daily in the work order system. Assist in inspections of property systems to identify potential issues before they escalate. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and uphold safety standards. Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety procedures. Skills Proven experience in property maintenance with a focus on troubleshooting.
