Apartment Maintenance Handyman St. Paul, MN | $28-$31/hour | Full-Time Career Strategies is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Handyman for a multifamily apartment community in St. Paul, MN. We are looking for a dependable, skilled maintenance professional who can handle day-to-day apartment maintenance, work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turns while providing excellent service to residents. Responsibilities Complete resident maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner Perform general apartment repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry Troubleshoot and repair common maintenance issues Complete apartment turns and prepare vacant units for new residents Perform drywall repair, painting, caulking, and minor carpentry Repair and replace plumbing fixtures, faucets, toilets, and disposals Troubleshoot appliances and make minor repairs Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property Maintain common areas, building systems, and property grounds Assist with inspections and identify needed repairs Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and work areas Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and property management staff Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to complete work orders independently Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, professional, and dependable Ability to safely use common hand and power tools

HVAC/EPA
