Job Description
Service Technician - Upcoming RBM Properties Join a team you'll actually enjoy working with! RBM Partners is looking for a dependable and motivated Service Technician's to help maintain and improve our growing community. What You'll Do Complete maintenance work orders and apartment turns in a timely manner Assist with preventative maintenance programs for the property Communicate daily with the Service Manager and Community Manager regarding property needs, resident concerns, and repair solutions Ensure all maintenance tasks meet quality and safety standards Help maintain inventory of tools and supplies Perform general grounds upkeep, trash removal, and property inspections Maintain the appearance and functionality of the community—inside and out Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members Use AppFolio to track work orders and manage communication Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed Work collaboratively with team members and vendors to complete projects efficiently What We're Looking For At least 1 year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred) Basic knowledge of carpentry and general maintenance skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to climb ladders while carrying equipment Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license A team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive, team-focused work environment Monthly commission opportunities (renewals & turn completions) Hands-on learning and skill development Be part of an exciting property upgrade, including a brand-new clubhouse and newly renovated units Opportunity to grow your career in property maintenance If you're ready to grow your skills, work with a great team, and contribute to a community that's evolving and improving— apply today! 8-5pm + on call
