Growing real estate & property management company is seeking a Maintenance Tech in the Jefferson City and surrounding area. The maintenance technician will provide services to single and multi-family units. The ideal candidate will be an organized, self-starter with a diverse background in the maintenance field. Transportation and tools provided.

Responsibilities include:

Successful and efficient completion of work orders. Identification and completion of necessary preventive maintenance. Respond, schedule and handle on a daily basis multiple combinations of service requests, turns for make readies, & preventive maintenance. Be available for after-hours emergency maintenance.

Requirements:

General knowledge of plumbing, electric, drywall, painting and make readies. Knowledge and experience with appliances, water heaters, HVAC is a plus. MUST have a VALID driver's license. Be dependable and self-motivated. Must pass a full background investigation. Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner. Team player but able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, be self-motivated, and produce quality work in reasonable timeframes. High sense of responsibility.
