We are a locally owned & operated property management company. This role involves providing essential maintenance and repair services for single-family homes, ensuring that properties are well-maintained, safe, and fully operational. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, technical expertise in equipment repair, HVAC systems, and appliance technology, along with experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO). A valid driver's license, personal tools, and working transportation are required. Certification in HVAC is preferred but not required. 3+ years of experience is preferred. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on residential properties to ensure safety and functionality Conduct repairs on various equipment, appliances, HVAC systems, and related components Provide excellent customer service by addressing homeowner concerns professionally and efficiently Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to maintenance operations promptly Utilize tools effectively to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards Manage scheduling of maintenance tasks to optimize efficiency and service delivery Skills Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Proven experience in equipment repair, HVAC systems, appliances, and MRO practices Technical knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology is essential Ability to operate various hand tools and maintenance equipment safely and effectively Valid driver's license with reliable transportation is required Must possess your own tools necessary for maintenance tasks Certification in HVAC is mandatory for this role Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Join our team if you are a proactive Maintenance Technician committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining residential properties efficiently.
