Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Master Maintenance Technician is responsible for handling all aspects of property maintenance.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Oversee all aspects of preventive as well as responsive property maintenance Complete property maintenance tasks Manage vendors in the completion of some types of maintenance tasks Ensure work orders are created & being effectively managed for all maintenance that is being done and that needs to be done in the future
PORTER DUTIES
Periodic unit cleaning tasks Periodic grounds cleaning tasks
PERFORM OTHER TASKS, AS ASSIGNED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS AND LICENSES
Essential Maintenance Skills Troubleshooting skills (appliances, A/C, furnace, etc.) Plumbing repair (sinks, bathtubs, etc.). Electrical troubleshooting & repair Drywall repair Door & trim replacement Flooring installation Painting Essential Overall Skills Cheerful presence and strong people skills Superior phone skills Dependable Professional Enthusiastic Good organizational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical) Good oral and written communication skills Self-starter who can work independently Technologically literate with strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other commonly used software

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
