We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, with a strong focus on foam machines and related manufacturing equipment . The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical experience, the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, and a strong understanding of preventative maintenance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair foam machines and production equipment . Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Troubleshoot foam machine problems involving pumps, motors, hoses, valves, controls, and other components. Perform equipment adjustments, repairs, and part replacements as needed. Monitor equipment performance and identify potential problems before breakdowns occur. Maintain maintenance records and document repairs and preventative maintenance. Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and equipment. Work with production personnel to quickly address equipment problems and minimize downtime. Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Properly use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and maintenance equipment. Maintain an adequate inventory of commonly used maintenance parts and supplies. Communicate equipment concerns and major repairs to management. Required Qualifications Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment . Hands-on experience with foam machines is strongly preferred. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and maintenance instructions. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely. Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Preferred Experience Experience maintaining foam production equipment . Experience with pumps, motors, valves, hoses, compressors, and pneumatic systems. Experience with PLC-controlled equipment is a plus. Welding or fabrication experience is a plus. Previous experience in an industrial manufacturing facility is preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work around production equipment for extended periods. Ability to lift and move maintenance parts and equipment as required. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, dust, and machinery. Schedule Full-time Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts as needed based on production and maintenance requirements.
