Part-Time Mobile Home Park Handyman We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and hardworking Part-Time Handyman to assist with general maintenance and repairs throughout our mobile home park. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, pays attention to detail, and can work independently.

Part-Time, Hourly Job Responsibilities The handyman will be responsible for a variety of general maintenance and property upkeep tasks, including: Performing routine repairs and general maintenance throughout the mobile home park. Handling minor plumbing repairs, such as faucets, toilets, drains, and water-related issues. Performing minor electrical repairs and replacing basic fixtures when appropriate. Repairing doors, locks, windows, cabinets, walls, flooring, and other interior or exterior items. Completing minor drywall repairs, caulking, patching, and painting. Repairing or maintaining steps, porches, decks, skirting, and other mobile-home exterior components. Assisting with preparing vacant homes for new residents, including basic repairs and touch-ups. Addressing maintenance requests and completing repairs in a timely and professional manner. Performing general grounds and property maintenance as needed. Removing debris and keeping work areas clean and safe. Identifying maintenance issues before they become larger problems and reporting any major repairs that require a licensed contractor. Maintaining a professional and respectful attitude when interacting with residents and park staff. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have: Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or property-maintenance experience. A good understanding of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs. The ability to troubleshoot problems and determine practical solutions. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the property. Basic hand and power tools, preferably. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication skills and a professional attitude. Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. The ability to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors.
