Maintenance Team:

JOB DUTIES

Responding to resident work orders Cleaning and renovation of vacant apartments for new move-ins Light plumbing Painting and drywall repair Light electrical work Light carpentry and flooring repair Able to fix standard apartment appliances: Fridge, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication and teamwork skills Maintain positive attitude when under strict deadlines Able to pass Background Check and Drug Test

PLUMBING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Valid Driver's License with proof of insurance Flexible Availability Needed Must have own tools Universal EPA Certification Required!

COMPENSATION
