HTI is seeking a Mechanical Maintainer (Night Shift) with a manufacturing facility in Lincolnton, NC. This position will be focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving mechanical systems and production equipment. This is a Direct Hire opportunity working 4x4 7p-7a schedule (training is on a 2-2-3 7a-7p schedule). The pay starts at $30.50/hr.

What You Need:
High School Diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred)
2+ years of manufacturing or mechanical maintenance experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience with welding and fabrication (preferred)
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems; basic electrical knowledge a plus
Industrial maintenance experience preferred (automotive/residential backgrounds considered)
What Your Role Will Look Like:
The Mechanical Maintainer will be responsible for maintaining and improving production and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime. This role requires a hands-on, team-oriented individual who can troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic issues on production and plant equipment
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
Maintain and support conveyor systems and automated equipment
Fabricate and weld components to support repairs and improvements
Assist with installation, modification, and building of new equipment and projects
Collaborate with mechanical engineers on process improvements and new system development
Follow all safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Complete maintenance documentation and support production goals
