A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong electrical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

DOE Shift:
Day shift - 7am-7pm; Night shift - 6:45pm-7am; 3/4 schedule What's the Job? Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including 480v, 3-phase power, and motor controls Utilize PLC troubleshooting skills to resolve automation problems Weld and perform hydraulic/pneumatic repairs as needed What's Needed? Strong electrical skills with knowledge of 480v, 3-phase power, and motor circuit controls Experience with PLC troubleshooting and NEC code knowledge Hydraulic and pneumatic skills Welding skills Ability to work holidays and weekends on a 3/4 schedule What's in it for me?
