Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in pool maintenance and cleaning. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained, providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Test and balance pool water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.) Clean and vacuum pools; remove debris and brush pool walls Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters) Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs Communicate clearly and professionally with clients Keep accurate records of services performed Safely transport and handle pool chemicals and equipment Maintain company vehicle and equipment in clean working order Qualifications Must have a valid NC drivers license Be able to pass a motor vehicle and background check Attention to detail Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Preferred:
experience as a Service Technician or similar role in pool maintenance
Preferred:
