Job Description
Turn Technician ReadyTurn | Southern New Hampshire Full-Time | $26-$32/hour + Performance Bonuses ReadyTurn is a growing multifamily renovation and unit-turn company built to help apartment owners and property managers get vacant units renovated and rent-ready quickly. We're looking for a Turn Technician who can work independently, move quickly, solve problems, and take pride in handing back a finished apartment that's ready for its next resident. This isn't a traditional maintenance position. You'll work primarily in vacant apartments, completing renovation, punch, repair, and make-ready work as part of a fast-moving turn team. What You'll Do Complete apartment punch lists and make-ready work Install and replace light fixtures, faucets, toilets, hardware, blinds, and other fixtures Perform drywall patching and minor wall repairs Complete trim, door, cabinet, and carpentry repairs Install LVP and complete minor flooring repairs as needed Perform basic plumbing repairs Perform basic electrical fixture replacement within permitted scope Complete demolition and removal of damaged materials Assist with painting and other turn work when needed Identify additional repairs while working through a unit Keep jobsites and company vehicles clean and organized Document completed work with photos and video Work with the ReadyTurn team to hit aggressive completion deadlines What We're Looking For We're less concerned with titles and more concerned with whether you can get things done.
The ideal candidate:
Has experience in apartment maintenance, remodeling, construction, carpentry, or similar work Is comfortable working independently Can troubleshoot problems instead of waiting for instructions Works quickly without sacrificing quality Has strong attention to detail Communicates clearly Shows up reliably and on time Takes ownership of their work Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record Multifamily maintenance or apartment-turn experience is a major plus.Compensation Starting pay:
