- Residential Property Maintenance Technician Sunrise Property Management is looking for a reliable "jack of all trades" to maintain residential apartment properties in the Derry NH area $26+/hour (based on experience) 30+ hours per week W-2 Employee Flexible schedule Must have experience with: General repairs Basic plumbing, electrical & carpentry Painting, drywall & apartment turnovers
