We're seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-established residential apartment community in Nashua, NH. This role is ideal for someone with experience in multifamily housing, apartment maintenance, property maintenance, facilities maintenance, hotel maintenance, healthcare maintenance, or building engineering who enjoys troubleshooting problems, working independently, and providing outstanding resident service. What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of our apartment community. Daily Responsibilities Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, locks, and general building systems Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and property systems operate safely and effectively Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including apartment turns and make-ready services Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance concerns Respond to resident service requests with professionalism and excellent customer service Assist in maintaining common areas, grounds, amenities, and building exteriors Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance requests Support community events and team projects as needed Qualifications Preferred Experience Apartment Maintenance Technician Property Maintenance Technician Facilities Maintenance Technician Building Maintenance Technician Hotel Maintenance Engineer Hospital Maintenance Technician Maintenance Mechanic HVAC Technician Service Technician Technical Skills Experience with: HVAC troubleshooting and repairs Plumbing repairs and fixture installation Electrical troubleshooting and repairs Appliance repair Drywall repair and painting Carpentry and general construction repairs Lock and key systems Preventive maintenance programs General building maintenance Additional Requirements Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license with a good driving record Reliable personal vehicle for occasional travel between properties (mileage reimbursement provided) Comfortable working in a pet-friendly community Why Join?
