PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global manufacturing leader to hire a skilled Maintenance Mechanic who will play a critical role in keeping production equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. Position Overview

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will support daily manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment. This opportunity offers long-term employment with a respectedanization that values safety, quality, and technical expertise.

Wallingford, CT

Schedule:

First Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Rate:

$35.00 - $38.00hour

Work Environment:

On-site, in-person role

What You'll Do

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy manufacturing equipment.

Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and improve reliability.

Diagnose mechanical issues andplete necessary repairs efficiently.

Inspect machinery,ponents, and systems to ensure safe and proper operation.

Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment toplete repairs.

Support production teams by responding to equipment issues and maintenance needs.

Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, andpany guidelines.

Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and repairs.

Required Qualifications

Experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks.

Must be able to work first shift, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Must be ITARpliant (U.S. Person requirement).

Ability to successfullyplete:

Background check screening (10-year review)

Hair follicle THC screening (9-month lookback)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience maintaining industrial machinery, production equipment, or manufacturing systems.

Experience with preventive maintenance programs.

Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of industrial tools and equipment.

Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments.

Pay Details:

$35.00 to $38.00 per hour
