This position is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of hotel facilities while delivering an exceptional guest experience through preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations. Complete work orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards. Assist with property improvement projects and inspections. Maintain equipment and facilities to provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. Qualifications Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred. New Jersey Black Seal License required. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
