Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring skilled Building Maintenance professionals in the Rochester area!

Pay:

$20-$25/hour (DOE)

Schedule:

Day Shift What You'll Do:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general upkeep) Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests promptly Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment Maintain equipment and complete work orders efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-focused

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
