Industrial Maintenance Technician Starting Rate:
$34.36/hour $2,000 Sign-On Bonus Are you an experienced maintenance professional looking for a hands-on role where your skills make a real impact? We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician who thrives on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working with a variety of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Why Join Us?

Sign-On Bonus Consistent Rotating Schedule:
4 Days On / 4 Days Off, 12 hr shifts 6AM to 6PM Stable, essential manufacturing environment Collaborative team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement What You'll Do As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maximizing equipment reliability and supporting production operations. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment issues. Install, service, maintain, and rebuild plant equipment and systems. Inspect and maintain buildings, grounds, and underground utilities. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in accordance with life-critical procedures. Test and verify equipment performance before returning assets to production. Identify and communicate equipment concerns, abnormal conditions, and calibration issues. Maintain accurate work order documentation and follow maintenance planning processes. Support network (LAN) troubleshooting as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives, including ISO and other management system requirements. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience. Mechanical, electrical, and fabrication skills. Experience working with PLCs and VFDs; preferred Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to wear a respirator and work in confined spaces when required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a chemical manufacturing or process manufacturing environment. SAP experience
