Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities, equipment, and property remain in optimal condition, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Maintain hotel facilities, equipment, and property to ensure a safe and operational environment.
- Demonstrated experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical systems, painting, wallpapering, and carpentry.
- Working knowledge of hotel machinery and equipment.
- Ability to assist with landscaping and snow removal as required.
- Proficiency in pool and hot tub maintenance; a willingness to obtain necessary certifications is required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license.
Work Schedule:
The position requires a commitment of five days per week, scheduled from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.Job Type:
