Roberts Roofing & Siding Co. is looking for an experienced, dependable Siding, Window & Door Installer to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and can confidently complete residential exterior projects from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities :

• Install residential vinyl, composite, and other types of siding-Install and replace residential windows and exterior doors
• Properly measure, cut, fit, and install materials
• Install house wrap, flashing, trim, J-channel, soffit, fascia, and related exterior components
• Remove and replace existing siding, windows, and doors
• Properly seal and weatherproof windows and doors
• Read and follow measurements, layouts, and installation instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Safely operate hand and power tools-Identify and communicate potential installation or structural issues
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Follow company safety procedures and job-site standards
• Provide professional and respectful service to customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience installing siding, windows, and/or exterior doors preferred-Strong knowledge of residential exterior construction
• Ability to accurately measure and perform detailed finish work
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to work from ladders and at heights
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a crew
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions The ideal candidate is someone who:
