• Perform repairs and maintenance in plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and general building upkeep
• Respond promptly to work orders and emergencies
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance needs
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain property standards Requirements
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in maintenance, with proficiency in plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance work
• Strong team player with a dependable and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and ownership of necessary hand tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Successful completion of a background check
