Maintenance Technician - Lakeland Commons (Euclid, OH) GLR Companies, a full-service property management firm, is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lakeland Commons, a market-rate apartment community in Euclid, OH. About the Role The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall physical condition of the property, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and attractive living environment for residents. This role handles service requests, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and general repairs across the community. Responsibilities Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances) Prepare vacant units for move-in (unit turns), including painting, repairs, and cleaning coordination Conduct regular property inspections and proactively address maintenance concerns Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call rotation Maintain curb appeal through grounds keeping, snow removal, and general property upkeep Uphold high standards of quality and presentation consistent with a market-rate community Communicate professionally and courteously with residents and staff Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and inventory Qualifications Prior experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, or a related trade preferred Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry
HVAC/EPA
