Your expertise in diagnosing complex mechanical issues and implementing proactive solutions will directly impact our facility's output and operational success. Responsibilities Execute repairs, modifications, and installations to keep facility equipment running reliably. Conduct comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance on critical systems, including pumps, gearboxes, motors, and conveyor components. Troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions by identifying root causes and implementing effective, long-term resolutions. Interpret complex technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals to guide repair and installation processes. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and performance reports to ensure compliance and operational transparency. Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks to support equipment modifications and structural repairs. Utilize 5-S methodologies to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Safely operate in challenging environments, including elevated platforms, confined spaces, and industrial rooftops. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience. Completion of a recognized maintenance apprenticeship or mechanical certification program. Proven proficiency in rebuilding and maintaining industrial pumps and gearboxes. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read CAD drawings and complex schematics. Experience utilizing CMMS software (e.g., SAP, MicroMain) for work order management. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and working at heights, while wearing necessary PPE. Preferred Skills Formal training or professional experience in HVAC systems. Demonstrated expertise in industrial electrical troubleshooting. Experience working within a chemical manufacturing or high-compliance production environment.
