Job Description

Now hiring a Maintenance Technician in Norton. 1 st shift: 7am - 3pm. Weekly pay ranging between $16 - $20, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and production equipment issues. Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential maintenance needs and safety concerns. Service and repair equipment using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Support facility and production operations by responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders as required. Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and maintenance best practices. Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvement projects as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Experience with one or more of the following: Auto or Diesel Mechanics, HVAC Maintenance, Machine Repair, Industrial Maintenance, or Mechanical Troubleshooting. Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. Ability to diagnose, service, and repair equipment efficiently. Applicants must have their own transportation and submit a resume.
