A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to keep everything running smoothly Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and company procedures Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the property, including outside grounds , and complete preventative maintenance tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Provide technical certification or equivalent experience in building maintenance Demonstrate knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Troubleshoot and repair guest-room, facility, and maintenance equipment as needed Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with managers and other team members Be available for on-call shifts and respond promptly to requests Receive and follow written and verbal direction Be available for emergency repairs outside of normal scheduled hours Maintain a valid driver's license and be able to travel to meet job needs Oxford Hotel Group, LLC dba Fairfield Inn & Suites in Oxford, OH is located next to Yager Stadium, home of the Miami RedHawks, and just minutes from Miami University.
