Job Description
The Position & Responsibilities We are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician. The day-to-day responsibilities will include completing work orders relating to (but are not limited to): basic handyman work repairing drywall basic plumbing and electrical work building maintenance painting Qualifications We believe that with proper training, anything can be achieved. We will provide training from an experienced maintenance technician! Ultimately, we are looking for a friendly, highly motivated individual, that enjoys working with others. At a minimum, the applicant must be able to: prove they have a clean driving driving record work with computers, check email, and use text messages communicate effectively with others (verbally and written) show a high school diploma or GED Although not required, it would help if the applicant has: common hand-tools a truck or a van '
