• Responsibilities
• + Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems and equipment.

+ Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in machinery, tools, and systems. + Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals. + Install and configure new equipment and systems. + Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve system reliability and efficiency. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.

• Essential Skills
• + Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

+ Experience with preventive maintenance and industrial equipment. + Ability to read and interpret technical schematics. + High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional vocational or technical training preferred. + Proficiency in a Microsoft environment. + At least 3 years of experience in an industrial environment. + Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

• Work Environment
• The work environment includes wearing steel toe boots, jeans, and a long sleeve or t-shirt, with all other safety equipment provided.

The facility contains kilns and oven equipment for molding products, which can result in temperatures reaching 105+ degrees in the summer. The shop environment may be dirty and dusty at times. Employees take turns being on-call for a week, with pay at 1.5x and a 2-hour minimum for any on-call work. Shift times are flexible and can be adjusted as needed.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $74880.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
