Job Description

Our client, a manufacturing facility in Lebanon seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician. This individual is primarily responsible for equipment throughout the production facility and troubleshooting of production equipment. You will perform maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems to minimize downtime and achieve efficient operation and production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and replace faulty machine components such as motors, drives, and pneumatics & hydraulics.
- Assist maintenance personnel with repair of a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Plan and install the necessary wiring for installation of new equipment.
- Plan and perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment.
- Responsible to perform other duties and activities as directed To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance in a production environment
- Must have knowledge of 480 Volt 3 Phase distribution systems.
- Must have knowledge of industrial electrical/equipment installations.
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical problems that arise.
- Must be able to troubleshoot AC and DC drives and control systems.
- Familiar with PLC controls is a plus
- Possess a working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Computer skills in such programs as Microsoft office and outlook a plus
- Have knowledge in technical drawings and the ability to interpret said drawings.
- Must be independent in the ability to do any equipment changeover throughout plant
- Ability to perform the physical aspects of maintenance work Competitive Hourly Wage (28.00 p/hr. to $35.00 p/hr.) Shifts are available
- 1st Shift
- 7 AM
- 3 PM & 2nd Shift 3 PM
- 11 PM Monday
