Job description: Maintenance Technician - Night Shift | McElhattan, PA starting $21.05/hr up to $37.00/hr + $1.50 shift differential| Full-Time | Only 15 Scheduled Shifts/Month! The Schedule Night Shift:
6:45 PM - 7:00 AM Rotating weekends On-site | McElhattan, PA What You'll Do You'll keep our production equipment running at peak performance — troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting your team on the floor. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and lubrication Execute changeovers and test adjustments after completion Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Partner with teammates to share knowledge and support training Follow all GMP, FDA, ISO, and safety standards
What We're Looking For Required:
High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical knowledge (pneumatics, hydraulics, hand/power tools, measuring equipment) Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred:
Technical or vocational school training in mechanics Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on role. You should be comfortable with standing for a full 12-hour shift, frequent bending/kneeling/climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in an environment that may include dust exposure.
